Delete your account

In the app

Open DoneUp, go to Family and account, then tap Delete my account.

If you own the family, this deletes the family and everything in it, including the kids' information, for everyone. If you're another grown-up in the family, it removes you and the family's data stays.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@adavastudio.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account, your family's chores, money records, rewards and kids' profiles. Some records may stay in backups for up to 7 days before they're overwritten. Read more in the privacy policy.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings too.
