Common questions

How does my kid join?

In the app, go to your family, add the kid, and share the invite. On the kid's phone, open DoneUp, choose to join, and enter the code or open the link.

How do I cancel my plan?

Your plan is billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DoneUp. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the plan.

Does DoneUp move real money?

No. Balances in DoneUp are a record your family keeps. Grown-ups hand over rewards themselves.

Does screen time lock my kid's phone?

No. Screen time in DoneUp is tracking only. It does not lock or control your device.
